1UPDATE 7/10/12
By radical
stock comes to a rolling boil on low. not sure what the auto function is, but that left me with half my liquid gone in a few hours.

UPDATE:
This crock is now 6 months old. The handle has fallen off & the bottom (which has never had liquid in it) is beginning to rust. What a piece of garbage this product is. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!

UPDATE #2:
I spoke with Sunpentown today. Their representative, James, Said that rust on the inner chamber is normal & not covered by warrantee. The broken handle is also not covered & I "should super-glue it". To say dealing with these people is frustrating is an understatement. To get the ridiculous answers that I did from them required 2 toll calls cross country (NY to LA) & at least an hour total on the phone. My second conversation left me on hold for 15 minutes & then they hung up. Yes, one moment sitting on hold, next moment silence followed by fast busy.
AVOID THIS PRODUCT! THEY DO NOT HONoRO THEIR WA RRANTEE & THE PRODUCT IS GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2Loved it, but the crock cracked!
By Anonymous in Atlanta
This was my first crockpot, purchased less than a year ago from another store. I chose it because I wanted something natural and 100% lead-free.

I've used it maybe 4-5 times, and just noticed that the crock has developed a small crack on the inside (i.e. where the food goes). I've been careful with my crockpot, hand washed it each time I used it, and not exposed it to any sudden temperature changes. So, this is quite disappointing.

I loved it when I got it, but am incredibly disappointed that it didn't last longer.

5Just as good as what I replaced
By Jennifer
I got this to replace a crock pot that broke in a move. While looking for a replacement I learned about the lead in crock pot issue, and opted to try this. I have used it 5 times now and it works just as good as any I have ever had. I am happy with it.
