Great slow cooker recipes!! Highly recommended!

I purchased this cookbook (I don't normally purchase cookbooks) because I bought a fairly expensive Kitchen Aid slow cooker. It's a big slow cooker, and I needed recipes for the cooker. I have tried several of the recipes and they were really tasty and hearty meals. I was surprised how good the recipes came out. I haven't used a slow cooker in 20 years, so I needed a refresher course in how to use one. This has some great recipes and as said, each one I've tried has turned out really good.

The recipes in the book are very easy. The ingredient lists are more or less simple. The meals are easy, basically set it & forget it. Then to enjoy the food. Pretty good cookbook.

NICE LOOKING

purchased this book to provide as a prize for a school fundraiser. I have NOT used any of the recipes in the book. However, I have browsed through the book and the pictures are wonderful. The recipes appear to be simple and presented well. They are easy to read, and best of all, the book lies flat on the counter....which is very important while working in the kitchen.
