1.5 quart slow cooker -- with temperature controls!

I had a small slow cooker before with temperatures of on and off. This has keep warm, low, high, as well as off.
I bought this as a good option for fondue (no more burned spots from the warming candle), overnight cooked cereals, and lots of other things that need a small space.
More temperatures gives better control, and many slow cooker cookbooks have comments for halving recipes, to cook in this size.
I wasn't sure about the words on the front of the slow cooker, but there is a frame around the words proctor silex that you can put labels into.
The manufacturer ships a whole sheet of them with the slow cooker. That's what you're looking at with the manufacturer's pictures.
There is a stretch band that fits into notches in the handles and stretches to secure the lid.
This slow cooker has a lot of value for its size! I would recommend owning this 1.5 quart slow cooker for all the small do-aheads!

Love this crockpot

Perfect for an entree for one or two, for caramel for dipping apple slices, for cooking steel cut oats overnight for our breakfast! Use the low setting for most foods and the warm setting for the caramel.

LOVE IT!

I bought this slow cooker to use in addition to a large 6 quart slow cooker I have already. I plan on using it for small dinners (husband and self only) and for appetizers for parties. I have already used it and have to say it works exactly as promised. I'm very excited with my new slow cooker. It even comes in my favorite color ORANGE!
